Hello, and welcome to the Leadership of Change® Day 4 - Leader as Change Agent.

Our Change Day will have 4 Sessions:

Session 1: Change Management Introduction

Session 2: 10 Change Management Lessons Learned

Session 3: Change Management Gamification

Session 4: Change Leadership Responsibilities

The main focus is on Session 3, Change Management Simulation/Gamification and I have included refresher videos on the change concepts we will refer to during the session. You can use these during the session or review as pre-work (or both).
