Change Management Leadership - Online Mini Masterclass A1
This short mini masterclass focuses on practical organisational change management implementation and the associated change concepts. The course is based on our a2B Change Management Framework®, which is a structured and disciplined approach to support organisations, leadership teams and employees going through a change. It facilitates the change transition from the current 'a' state, to the improved future 'B' state. The framework has 10 key programme implementation steps.
It starts by aligning the change with the organisation’s strategy and vision, moving through to successfully closing and sustaining the change. The steps in between present other important change management implementation concepts such as sponsorship and leadership responsibilities, assess previous change history, communication, change project planning, change readiness, employee resistance, developing the new skills and behaviours, as well as adoption.

The course is suitable for change professionals, leaders or managers who are involved in organisational change, HR or organisation effectiveness professionals, project managers, lean practitioners or anyone considering a career in change management or wanting to know more about practical change management implementation. It is also suitable for university students or anyone studying an MBA.
Leadership of Change
This course is part of my Leadership of Change® Institute offering. The Leadership of Change® is a Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK). It encompasses change management concepts, models, depictions, assessments, tools, templates, checklists, plans, a roadmap, and glossary structured around the ten-step a2B Change Management Framework®. The delivery vehicles are change management books, change management experiential workshops using a gamification app, leadership alignment workshops, and self-paced online masterclasses. The volumes are intended to be leading practice in organisational change management and implementation, which supports strategy execution. I am Peter F Gallagher and I have designed this course and the contents. I consult, speak, and write on the Leadership of Change. For the last 30 years I have worked in over 30 countries for some of the world’s most successful organisations. Throughout my career I have always been involved in project delivery, business improvement, change and transformation. I have both big 4 and global internal consulting experience being involved in aerospace, defence, energy, finance, investments, manufacturing, mining and pensions. My PURPOSE is to improve the Leadership of Change and help leaders to successfully lead and deliver their organisation’s change, improvement, or transformation.
